Diane is an industry professional with over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. In her role at Wedbush, she assists with Business Conduct as well as Accounting. She began her career as an auditor for the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, and has held several executive positions at member firms. More recently she has held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for Sakura Dellsher, Head of North American Accounting and Chief Administrative Officer for ABN AMRO and UBS, Chief Financial Officer of Bank of New York Clearing, and Chief Financial Officer of IBFX. She is a CPA and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting from Loyola University of Chicago, where she graduated with High Honors. In her spare time, she participates in car racing and is an avid scuba diver.
