Wedbush Securities To Acquire Assets of Leading Grain Commodity Firm, Kluis Companies LLC

Los Angeles, CA – February 22, 2018 – Wedbush Securities is pleased to announce the firm has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of Wayzata, Minnesota based Kluis Companies LLC, including Kluis Publishing, Lafayette Trading Academy, and Kluis Commodities. As part of the asset acquisition, grain commodity leader Al Kluis will join the new Wedbush department, Kluis Commodity Advisors, as its Managing Director. Kluis Commodity Advisors (“KCA”), will debut alongside Wedbush Futures at the Anaheim Commodity Classic from February 27 to March 1 in Anaheim, California (Booth: 840).

Al Kluis has been in the agricultural business for more than 40 years and his expertise in the field is highly sought after. KCA will expand on the Kluis brand by broadening its products and services for the farming community, including training and education, margin funding, research, advice and product marketing.
